GREAT CONDITION! Perfect Student Guitar ZB Custom - E9 Pedal Steel Guitar For sale is a beautiful ZB Custom Pedal Steel Guitar in excellent condition. It is very solid with 3 Pedals and 4 Knee Levers. See the Copedant chart with this listing.I bought this Pedal Steel to take lessons with and it has served me very well. It is MUCH better than a Carter Starter...better built and better sound. I have graduated to a more expensive double-neck guitar, but this one is a fine instrument for a beginner or as a back-up guitar.It has a single coil pickup with a 3 position tone-switch which really works! Also, there are 2 output jacks, one on the side and one on the bottom.I recently had it completely serviced, cleaned and tweaked by Chris Allen Burke, Master Pedal Steel Mechanic in Southern California who also installed a brand new set of strings.The case is a little bit old and dinged up, but is clean inside and still sturdy. At some time in its past, new pedal rods were obviously made for this guitar and one of them has what looks like a slight notch in it, but it doesn't affect the rod at all.
