I don't know how many were made. It was put out by Westland/Utrecht Bank as a special project of EMI Music Holland. I bought this in 2004 on Ebay from seller POPMEETING for about $100, so I'm going to start the bidding there.  Since then, I have only seen only 2 offered on Ebay, one up now for $599.99 (yeah,right!). This is a really reluctant sale, but I need the rent. I hope it goes to a real fan. The CD and packaging are in absolutely fabulous condition, just like the day I recieved it. I never played it.
