It sounds great, looks great and is very collectible.  The vinyl has no more than a couple light marks and should merit an EX+ rating, which I would say means it has very slight signs of wear; is very clean, with barely any light surface marks that do not distract  from the sound.  The front cover is mint.  The back cover is M-, with the beginnings of light ringwear.  There is one tiny tear of paper on the left hand bottom corner, very minor.
