Description
We are a company based in Williton that buys bankrupt/closing down shop stock, meaning if a company goes bust we go in before the administrators and purchase for cash. We have been asked by the owner of this rare gem to auction it.A brief history it was purchased last month at a well known and recognised auction house in the uk.Trouble is the vendor due to unforeseen circumstances needs to sell. The winning bidder will recieve a link to this sale. He has also asked me to sell as quickly as possible,so by bidding the asking price i could very likely end auction early and sell to you. The Beatles White album.Mono This must be a once in a lifetime oppurtunity to purchase one of if not the rarest beatles gem ever offered. White album mono toploader number 7 yes number 7.People say that these numbered lps were only given to the band themselves?i do not know if this is true but i have it here if this is the case. Lets start with all the extras all four pictures of the band are present with a nice white margin round them no pin holes etc and id grade them as excellant. The poster is excellant as well, just a slight tear in the creasing but very respectable indeed. Black inners are excellant as well with no splits the only thing i would say is they are aged in colour but 40 year old inners i do not think you could expect nought else. The Garrod and lofthouse lp cover is vg-ex its not clean white it has colouring from age,on the plus side there are no rips tears etc nothing at all like that, just the slight discolouring. As you can see though the most important number 7 is present. Now the labels with "sold in the uk "text have some marks on them and the record has been played, but its not bad at all and very very respectable indeed,id grade them as near excellant.Cat numberpmc/pcs 7067/8 Matrix numbers are XEX 709-1,Same 710-1,same 711-1 and same 712-1. Vinyl Side 1 is vg-ex. side 2 is excellant. side 3 is vg. side 4 is vg+. There we have it the auction house would only say that it was bought by the vendors parents on release and has been in her posession ever since. The winning bidder has the option to contact them and ask for any other history but i spoke to them to do some research on Friday and they are quite close lipped about it but you are welcome to try.But what a item this is without doubt one of the rarest lps to ever been offered and surely must represent a once in a lifetime chance to own this piece of music history.Check out my other items! The starting price i admit is high but record collector commands a 5 figure valuation in pounds so looking at it like that its cheap.Serious offers will be considered. Im only willing to take paypal on this unless other payment is agreed before auction end but paypal i would much rather. I would also ask please payment to be made as quick as possible.Record will be sent airsure or international signed for free once payment has cleared through paypal. Postage is free by airsure, international signed for no matter where you are in the world.Good luck
