Visually Grading as follow : M : A near perfect, probably unplayed record. NM : Record has been handled and played infrequently or very carefully. Only well cared records will grade NM. It will satisfy all but the most demanding collector. NM- : Very clean, there may be light paper scuffs from sliding in and out of a sleeve, very light surface marks and slight signs of wear, which will not distract significantly from the sound. Cover also has only slight wear, and is still in nice collectible condition. VG++ : Record surface may show some signs of wear and may have slight scuffs or very light scratches/hairlines that do not affect the overall listening experience. VG+ : A used, reasonable copy. There will be obvious signs of wear and the possibility of light surface noise between tracks or during quiet passages, but still quite nice.
