Description Talking Heads - Speaking in Tongues (Robert Rauschenberg Limited Edition)   The packaging, designed by Rauschenberg, won a 1984 Grammy Award for best album package, and is a transparent plastic case with credits printed on circular transparent collages. Manufactured in Germany.   The record has never been played or removed from the packaging. The original plastic shrink-wrap was removed by Robert Rauschenberg before he signed the clear plastic cover with a metallic silver marker. The seller worked with Rauschenberg in 1983-84 while producing an edition of photographs, Chinese Summerhall; one of the first works for the Rauschenberg Overseas Culture Interchange (ROCI) at Graphicstudio in Tampa, Florida. This album has been wrapped in plastic and kept in a archival box since it was personally signed by the artist: BOB RAUSCHENBERG. Pristine condition! This is the only item that I have ever seen where the famous artist has signed his work using his first name "Bob."   For the purposes of shipping, the item will be sealed in a plastic bag, double-wrapped in bubblewrap, and then packaged in a heavy-duty double-walled corregated cardboard box with all seams sealed with heavy-duty packing tape.
