In this case, you likely will not be able to hear any of the telltale digital sound that usually turns so many audiophiles off. Nobody embraces analogue more than we do here at MYMUSICFIX, and after listening to Let It Bleed, we found that reissue to be very warm, rich and analogue-like. We predict the same sonic results from the other titles. As music critic Michael Fremer points out, "If you own American-pressed originals, I think you will be more than pleased by these reissues, which don't sound at all 'digital' in the cliched sense. If you own UK Decca originals, you're not in the market for these anyway." Fremer also says in his musicangle.com review that, "Overall, image solidity, three-dimensionality and harmonic integrity on these releases, pressed at RTI on 180g vinyl, is far better than expected. Bass extension is also quite good, and I don't think anyone will be disappointed with the overall dynamic expression." ALL ABKCO 180G Records ARE Limited Edition re-mastered Rolling Stones releases. The original analog tape sources were used and then transferred using DSD-equipment to these new masters resulting in the best sound these LPs have had in years. Collectors Note: Over the last year about 90% of these Stones titles were still available at numberous audiophile dealers. Throughout 2007 over 99.99% of these various remaining titles (tremendously high quality & Valuable) have sold out forever and have tripled in value. This title is one of those Sold Out titles and this Mymusicfix listing is your last chance to add this collectors masterpiece to your collection. A Bigger Bang features all new songs and is the first studio album by The Rolling Stones since the 1997 platinum-certified Bridges to Babylon. While in the studio recording the album, the band came up with the title A Bigger Bang after reflecting on the scientific theory about the origin of the universe. This new record is an ambitious, wide-ranging collection of hard-hitting, high-powered rock and blues songs. Running 16 tracks, it's the band's longest new album since 1972's Exile On Main Street. A Bigger Bang was produced by Don Was and The Gilmmer Twins. Amsterdam, Buenos Aires, Nuremberg and St. Louis. In the Nineties, the Rolling Stones have marked the end of each of their colossal world tours with a live album. The twist on No Security, the band's third caught-in-the-act collection this decade, is the way that everything -- from golden oldies to midcareer hits to selections from Bridges to Babylon, the last studio album -- becomes more vital under the heavy lights of the big live rig. The Stones are experts at making more recent material sound as important as their warhorses: Bridges' "Out of Control" acquires a menacing swagger, while "Saint of Me" blossoms, approaching the vitriolic intensity of "Exile on Main Street." It's rare enough that the Rolling Stones share the stage with anyone, and there are some inspired cameos here: Taj Mahal enlivens "Corinna," Dave Matthews injects new, bittersweet sorrow into "Memory Motel," and saxophonist Joshua Redman soars through "Waiting on a Friend." But what's most impressive is the consistency with which the rhythm section, ever mindful of the groove fundamentals, cranks it up. The elemental No Security kind of makes you wonder whether the Stones shouldn't reverse their recent strategy and hit the stage first. - Rolling Stone Track Listings 1.   Intro 2.   You Got Me Rocking 3.   Gimme Shelter 4.   Flip the Stitch 5.   Memory Motel 6.   Corinna 7.   Saint of Me 8.   Waiting on a Friend 9.   Sister Morphine 10.   Live with Me 11.   Respectable 13.   Thief in the Night 14.   The Last Time 15.   Out of Control THE ROLLING STONES STRIPPED - 2LP SET - Track Listings 1.   Steet Fighting Man 2.   Like A Rolling Stone 3.   Not Fade Away 4.   Shine A Light 5.   The Spider And The Fly 6.   I'm Free 7.   Wild Horses 8.   Let It Bleed 9.   Dead Flowers 10.   Slipping Away 11.   Angie 12.   Love In Vain 13.   Sweet Virginia 14.   Little Baby These Masterpieces went immediately out of print and are gone forever. The ultimate record – the way music was meant to be heard – superior quality for any Audiophile. There have been so few vinyl LPs produced over the last 5 years that you should never pass up the opportunity to upgrade your collection. They're each very limited in their pressings and disappear with extraordinary quickness from the vinyl market. This causes prices to skyrocket because once they are gone, they are gone forever! Don't second-guess yourself with this chance to upgrade your collection because before you know it, the opportunity will have passed forever. They’re hungry here and they churn out a scruffy version of the Buddy Holly hit, “Not Fade Away” and “Get Off Of My Cloud”. At the start, you have their trademark song “I Can’t Get No Satisfaction” which may rank right up there with The Beatles’ Hey Jude and Led Zeppelin’s Stairway to Heaven as being the greatest rock and roll song of all time. OUT OF OUR HEADS - In the few months since the release of NOW!, the Stone’s sound had grown harder; even a ballad like “That’s How Strong My Love Is” attains a rumble that’ll make you think a big truck is driving by your house. OUT OF OUR HEADS was released in the U.S. on July 30, 1965. It includes the most famous of all rock and Stones tracks (Satisfaction), as well as The Last Time but this album has the best of the great Stones seconds – those tracks that formed the basis of the original band – not the AM hits – but the developing expertise and taste that eventually gave us the great songwriting and sense of outrage that was The Rolling Stones. This album is also memorable for the seven titles penned by Jagger and Richards (the first time their own compositions dominated an album). Tracks include: One More Try – The Spider And The Fly – Cry To Me – Good Times – Satisfaction – Mercy, Mercy – I’m All Right – Play With Fire – Hitch Hike SOME GIRLS, includes the hits “Beast of Burden” and “Shattered” and one of the biggest selling singles of The Rolling Stones career -- the disco crossover -- “Miss You“.  The title track caused its share of controversy when its lyrics were attacked as sexist and racist. Possibly fearing the aging dinosaur label the hunk climate of 1978 New York City SOME GIRLS rocked harder and more consistently than most Stones Albums of the seventies. Revitalized by the chummy guitar dynamic between Keith Richards’ impressionist riffs and Ronnie Woods’ perfectionist lead work, the Album’s merit is in the diversity of its tracks. Starting with the disco elixir of “Miss You“, SOME GIRLS marked new territory for the band. As Ronnie’s second Album as an official member, the Album showed that The Stones’ sound had reworked itself proving there was more to their dynamic than just White Boy Blues. The range of Ronnie’s guitar work spans from the searing country lead in “Far Away Eyes” to the near rockabilly twang in “Shattered” and finds The Stones tighter and more excited than on their previous albums. From placing their stamp on The Temptations “Just My Imagination” to the big city neurosis of “When The Whip Comes Down” and “Shattered” 1978 SOME GIRLS is a wild rumpus throughout. The New Musical Express gave this LP an excellent rating. BEGGARS BANQUET - From 1968, one of the most innovative albums of the Sixties, including two of the group’s best songs — “Street Fighting Man” and “Sympathy For The Devil.” The introduction of producer Jimmy Miller refocused the band with enthralling results returning to their blues roots albeit in a radical new way. Track Listings Sympathy For The Devil New Expectations Dear Doctor Parachute Woman Jigsaw Puzzle Street Fighting Man Prodigal Son Stray Cat Blues Factory Girl Salt Of The Earth AFTERMATH - This 1966 album was The Stones release before The Beatles put out SGT. PEPPER’S LONELY HEARTS CLUB BAND. There was always a competition between the release of a Stones album and the release of a Beatles album as to what transition rock and roll was going to take with each one of their releases. On this Rolling Stones release, AFTERMATH, everyone was blown away by an 11-minute song called GOING HOME (was originally a 2-minute song but they started jamming in the studio and let it go on one take). If you were around during that era, no song on the radio was over 3 minutes and everybody would wait intently until 12 midnight when the FM stations would play this 11-minute song. This 11-minute song established a whole new gendre of long songs released on albums. The album starts off with Brian Jones opening PAINTED BLACK which remains a dark classic, more for its spooky sitar than for Jagger’s psychedelia. For the most part, earlier Stones records were 99% derivative of American Blues/RB. AFTERMATH changed all that with songs like STUPID GIRL - LADY JANE - DONCHA BOTHER ME - THINK - FLIGHT 505 - HIGH AND DRY - IT’S NOT EASY - I AM WAITING and the rock staple classic - UNDER MY THUMB making AFTERMATH one of the most musically colorful LPs The Stones ever recorded. Simply a cover to cover classic. HITMAKERS - THE STONES got their groove on early, making one of the few originals here, the blues pastiche “Little By Little”, a standout. The self-titled debut album by THE ROLLING STONES laid the blueprint for the next several releases of their career. They had a couple of original songs and a liberal dose of the hardcore rhythm and blues that made them the evil twins of The Beatles. The first three songs – Not Fade Away – Route 66 and I Just Want To Make Love To You (later made famous by Foghat) all show the raw energy of the band. “Tell Me” is a fine original composition – “I’m A King Bee” sets up Mick Jagger’s persona of the sexual lothario and “Carol” starts the trend of having a Chuck Berry cover on their first few albums. While taking on Chuck Berry, Muddy Waters, Buddy Holly and Marvin Gaye on a debut album would rightfully have daunted many a young band, this bunch just rocks it all. Outside the general toughness of sound and the front-cover glares, there’s little of the bad ass attitude that would begin to define them with the next album. Jagger, Richards, Jones, Wyman and Watts are mainly about the music. It is a solid debut. METAMORPHOSIS - The first Stones out-takes collection album ever to be officially released. Features a heavily-orchestrated version of “Out Of Time,” “Memo From Turner” from the film Performance, Bill Wyman’s “Downtown Suzie” and a cover of Stevie Wonder’s “I Don’t Know Why.” Track Listings 1. Out Of Time 2. Don't Lie To Me 3. Somethings Just Stick In Your Mind 4. Each And Every Day Of The Year 5. Heart Of Stone 6. I'd Much Rather Be With The Boys 7. (Walkin' Thru The) Sleepy City 8. Memo From Turner THEIR MAJESTIES SATANIC REQUEST - No Stones album split critical opinion as much as their stab at psychedelia. Uncut magazine concluded that although the record has long been derided as the Stones’ misguided attempt to outdo the Beatles, it is, in fact, “a neglected psychedelic masterpiece” and “superior to Sgt. Pepper as a document of that first British summer of love.” It featured their most innovative arrangements, which incorporated African rhythms and full orchestration. Track Listings Sing This All Together Citadel In Another Land 2000 Man Sing This All Together (See What Happens) She's A Rainbow The Lantern Gomper 2000 Light Years From Home On With The Show BETWEEN THE BUTTONS UK - Apart from having one of the most stunning sleeves — a classic Gerald Mankowitz photograph — this album marked a high point in the band’s career. It is arguably the richest straight-pop collection the Stones ever made. The songs were also full of acute social observation and savage lyrics. It also includes Keith’s first solo vocal performance with “Connection.” Track Listings Yesterday's Papers My Obsession Back Street Girl Connection She Smiled Sweetly Cool, Calm & Collected All Sold Out Please Go Home Who's Been Sleeping Here?
