It's complete and splice free. No dropouts. Very neatly wound. No damage. Red genuine hold-down tape attached to back so tape doesn't become unraveled during shipment. The top and bottom are attached still. No price stickers. Promptly shipped (within a few days...don't go everyday anymore, of course.). No special non-ebay "checkouts" used. No mailing lists used. All tapes are packaged in boxes, with a shipping weight of 2lb. No jiffy bags, no home-made boxes, no envelopes.
