Description        Hello everyone, these came from our warm collector family home and I hope they go to another good warm collector home. From my collection and it is the ONLY set of 4 out of 5 on eBay!! Something like this pops up about once a year if you're lucky! I wanted to post a picture of my living -almost- 90 year old grandmother having her hold these, but I decided that it is not a good idea out of the utmost respect for her. (She may have not minded) Dont wait. Lots of interesting stories of the owners of these originals!       ORIGINAL 1954 & 1955 classic rockabilly sound:     Provenance; Family owned Elvis SUN 45 RPM's: all come with original brown paper sleeves & outer plastic sleeves and play with normal SUN hiss (because of low technology back then)- NO skips or pops, ticks. (Except for about 3 pops on 209, the rest fine) Smooth otherwise and all are FLAT and THICK discs; THICK labels! 1st press originals! If you look at a price guide from 18 years ago, the 1992 book values were $200, $200, $150, $150  ($700 total book)!! 18 years, 20 times the value...WHERE will it be in 20 MORE years? I am selling these beacause there is a 'fun' thing I have had my eyes on for over 15 years and was always the wrong time to own it, whether I had the money or not, and most of the time is was "not".  I plan to finish my other Elvis Sun collection within the next 3 years. I will have documents of sale on file; price, shipping, etc. Please any questions or buyer requests, just ask.   My Research Shows: ....in 2006 , set of 5 sold for over $4,000 in only 'GOOD' condtion which in record grading is NOT that good, like poor! ....in 2005 4 out of 5 sold for $7,500 in about equal condition. (3 YEARS AGO!!) Another neat fact is that when these 45's were new, gold was a LOT more valuable. NOW each of these are worth literally a LOT more than double their weight in gold!! It is very hard to find a great seller, which there are many here, but to find an authentic 1st press original, is even harder and to have it all in one shot is the hardest especially for a resonable price. You can spend years...on eBay... trying to find decent original copies! I didnt not add for sentimental value as that wouldnt be fair to you the buyer. Simply perfect. NEAR MINT (NM): A Record that may have one or two tiny, minor flaws such as light paper scuffs from sliding in and out of the sleeves that do not affect play. EXCELLENT (EX or VG+): A Record has been handled and played either very little or very carefully. The vinyl may have lost some but not all of it's original luster or have a slight scratch that doesn't affect play. VERY GOOD (VG): A Record that displays visible signs of handling and playing such as loss of vinyl luster, light surface scratches, groove wear and spindle trails. A VG record may look like it will have some audible surface noise when it is played, although any noise should not overwhelm the music or ruin the listening experience. GOOD (G): The Record is well played, with any number of defects such as complete loss of surface sheen, obvious surface noise, etc. I pack well, insurance is optional but strongly recommended!!
