This is it folks... one of the DREAMIEST & RAREST OF CANADIAN POP PSYCH GRAILS! Very unique and beautiful sunshine pop psychedelia with touches of jazz overtop.LP is a very clean vg/vg with minor surface noise while this joyous Lp booms significantly overtop.  Is not that far away from being vg+, but rather side with caution.  Read or grading reviews for reference.Cover  g+ has seen better days with a holepunch, a couple tears, ringwear and "The End" markered on the front.  Suprisingly the rear cover is fine shape as is the labels.
