These were pressed by the POLAND state record label POLJAZZ, and were released ONLY through the POLISH JAZZ SOCIETY in 1976! There were ONLY 500 sets EVER MANUFACTURED! Each set consists of two individual albums! The covers are made of a soft thin paper similar to 1960's European album covers, but with no lamination. These recordings capture THE MUDDY WATERS BAND LIVE at the POLAND JAZZ JAMBOREE in 1976! The sound quality is PERFECT! These recordings were only made available in POLAND. And, ONLY to members of THE POLISH JAZZ SOCIETY! They were later re-released in POLAND in another extremely small run BUT with a DIFFERENT COVER that has "MUDDY WATERS BLUES BAND" printed in English on the cover. The set I am offering is from the ORIGINAL [500 COPIES-ONLY] FIRST PRESSING from 1976! These records HAVE NEVER BEEN PLAYED! I spent 3 years tracking this set down from Polish record collectors in the late 1970's and I am now selling my only extra set! These records are in FANTASTIC PRISTINE MINT condition! Cover has ring wear and vinyl has noticeable surface wear. Should play with NO surface noise during the music. VG+: average used record, looks OK, plays OK. No surface noise is noticeable during the music. Some surface noise is possible during quiet passages. VG: Cover shows more than normal wear and vinyl shows more than normal wear.
