Description To make some room in the house for his son, Chicago/San Diego DJ/Producer Terry Mullan is now selling about half of his record collection (over 2,000 records).  To assist in this effort, Terry has enlisted San Diego's United Records & Sound. Now up for auction is one large box containing 134 records (which also includes a few 2x12" releases) from Terry's personal collection. The list of all the titles is below.For more details about any of these releases, visit discogs.com, where you can enter in the artist and/or title of the release and then get full release info including track names, year of release, images of the release label and/or cover art, and going market prices.We estimate the value of this box to be between $750 - $1,500 based on prices of many of the releases in other ebay auctions and in the discogs.com marketplace.  We are starting the auction at only a fraction of that amount, so this is a fantastic opportunity for DJs, Collectors, and Terry Mullan fans to pick up a significant part of his collection at a low starting price.Of the 134 releases listed below being sold as part of this auction, at least 90% are in VG+ (Very Good Plus) or better condition, and all play fine with no skips, jumps, or significant pops or scratches.This box is being sold exactly as provided to us by Terry.  There are many excellent and in-demand classics in this box.  As a former employee of Gramaphone Records in Chicago, and being an international DJ, producer, and label owner, Terry has always had access to the best House Music available.  This box contains almost exclusively high-quality underground House records, as well as a few Tech-House, Acid House, Techno, and Old-School classics.  To find all of these records individually you could easily spend months of time and thousands of dollars.This box is sold as-is, with no returns.  As is clear from our seller feedback on ebay and on discogs.com and gemm.com we are a reputable seller, and we have been in business for over 10 years.  The records will be shipped with insurance for the full auction value, and will be well packed in a heavy cardboard box.Please Note the following:Many of the records have a large "TERRY MULLAN" stamp in ink on the label of the record, and may also have other markings on the labels and record jackets.Some of the records have fingerprints and show some use.  We recommend for removing dust to use some record cleaner such as GruvGlide and it will come right off. GruvGlide is really only good for dust however. To remove fingerprints, take a non-abrasive light cloth and rubbing alcohol, and wipe down the record as it spins at 45rpm. This will quickly remove fingerprints and other contaminants, and the alcohol will then totally evaporate within about 20 Seconds.If you have any questions about specific titles please feel free to ask.And now for the list of items...
