From Rock, Classical, Jazz,  Rap, Alternative, Metal Dance, Pop, etc...........All of them are in decent condition. Majority of them are in there jewel cases. THERE ARE MANY STILL IN SEALED PLASTIC NEVER OPENED     All CD's are being sold as is.  they have not been listened to in a long time since my daughter moved .   I cannot say which ones have scratches or not. As far as I know they all play fine. One or two of the CD's  may be copies of CD's but the rest are originals.        Remember all CD's are sold as is.
