I TRY TO MAKE SURE THE CASES ARE IN GOOD CONDITION, BUT MOST ARE USED AND DO HAVE SCRATCHES AND / OR CRACKS ON THEM FROM NORMAL USE If there is any problem with the cd or it doesn't play for you, I will refund your money, just let me know.  I do check them but I may make a mistake and miss something.  I am willing to work with you on any problem that may arise. If there is damage during shipping, please contact me about a return and refund. I try to package products carefully, but I am aware sometimes shipping damage occurs. If this happens, please contact me to make arrangements for the return and refund of the product.  I have no control over the time it takes the postal system to deliver the package, I do try to get it in the mail as soon as I receive payment.  If you are worried about delivery, please contact me for a tracking number.   PAYMENT I request Payment within one week of purchase, Unless you are bidding on additional listings of mine.  If you are, please let me know.  You can take up to three weeks to take up to advantage of the shipping discount.  I accept most kinds of payment, except personal check made out to me.    SHIPPING I  ship ASAP following payment, usually within 24 hrs, sometimes within hours. If I have to wait for a check to clear pay pal, it will take longer to ship. But as soon as it clears, it will be mailed. I use a flat rate shipping charge. I will mail outside the United States, but If I have to mail outside the United States or to Alaska or Hawaii, there will be an additional shipping charge.  Please contact me for the shipping charge to your address. If the package is heavy or fragile, I sometimes use parcel post.
