Cover= Good due to top and bottom seams split + writing and spotting on the back cover.  The spine is 100% intact.  The LP is now in a new plastic storage bag that minimizes the seam splits and keeps the cover tight.  This LP probably belonged to the family of group leader Mike Gunter as that last name is one of the names written on the back cover. LP= side 1= VG+ with minor jacket scuffs and a few light marks, nap.  Also there is a strip of white tape on the label with a name written on it.  Side 2= VG++ I have not been able to find reference to a copy of this LP ever being offered or sold before on Ebay.  Perhaps this is the first one to appear here.
