Condition: The cover is torn on  the top and bottom edges.  On top it is torn all the way across, on the bottom it is torn almost all the way, not quite (both top and bottom shown in pictures).  Otherwise the cover is in fantastic shape.  The Vinyl does actually qualify as NM (according to industry standards), however, I am going to call this VG+ just to cover myself from any negative feedback!  If you need more info please feel free to contact me!   Thanks for the interest.
