Your copies of the blueprints are printed on 190gsm paper, and are 30" by 18" in size, and will be mailed to you in a tube so you can purchase your own frame to suit your decor. The blueprints show the design of Graceland as it was built for Dr. Thomas Moore, in 1939.  It does not include the modifications that Elvis made once he purchased the property in 1957 - for instance, the Jungle Room is not shown, as it was an extension to the property that Elvis made. What you get - 1) Foundation floor plan - showing Recreation Room (Elvis' Pool Room), another room (which became Elvis' TV Room);2) First floor plan - living room, dining room, Guest Room (Elvis' Parents' room) and more;3) Second floor plan - Owner's Bedroom (Elvis' Room), Daughter's Room (Lisa-Marie's Room), Bathroom (where Elvis passed away). Note: Some details of the original blueprints have been removed from the copies so as to protect the integrity and authenticity of the original blueprints, in an effort to avoid unscrupulous people manufacturing complete copies of the blueprints and passing them off as the originals.  As far as I know, the original copy that I own is the only one in existence, and was purchased from the family of the builder who did renovations to Graceland when Elvis moved in.
