The CD3 features a small, intelligent, desktop design. The CD3 "Overwraps" a Standard Jewel Box using the "tuck and fold" birthday wrap style. The end result is similar to the wrap on a pack of cigarettes. The two mechanical paths within the CD3 make overwrapping a snap! The CD3 finishes a Standard CD Jewel Case only. The quality of the wrap is similar to professionally wrapped CD's on much larger, automated machines. Compare a fully automated machine at $25,500. The CD3 is a must for record stores, and duplication facilities. The average yield of manually wrapped jewel cases is 3-6 CD's per minute. The CD3 was designed with operator safety in mind. The CD3 has it's own "GFI - Ground Fault Interupter," pilot light, heat block warning stickers, and has excellent heat dispursion. The CD3 heats up and cools down fast, and heat block tempuratures are user adjustable via dial on back of tower. The CD3 has it's own convenience outlet for a heat gun if desired. A heat gun is not required for use with this product. The CD3 operates 110 volts A/C. The unit has had moderate use and shows only minor cosmetic flaws.
