RARE Hip Hop instrumental mixtapes by DJ PNS. 1995-2000 90 minutes each. 10 volume set. Number 10 was a double cassette release (11 tapes in total). Over 16 hours of music. Cassettes with hand tagged labels ideal for popping in your boombox to get that ole boom bap feel. Also great for long commutes in cars with tape decks or doing permission walls. Hip Hop instrumentals by the freshest producers. (DJ Premier, Pete Rock, Jay Dee, DITC, DJ Shadow, Beatnuts, Alchemist, Swizz Beatz, and many more.) Instrumentals were arranged & blended on 2 turntables direct into a boombox. Later editions would utilize a 4 track for extra editing and fast mixing purposes. Plenty of Easter eggs left in the mixes including original samples & segueways. Previously only available in local Chicago shops such as Gramaphone.
