There are some small spots on the front and back cover. The back cover slick shows some paper loss on the bottom left corner. A name was written in pen on the top tight corner of the back slick and mostly erased. The back slick has a wrinkle in the top middle area. The top edge of the cover is about 1/4 inch longer than the bottom edge so somewhere along the line the opening was trimmed a little near the bottom. No splits. A pretty cover despite these flaws. LP is a nice glossy VG+ with some small light sleeve marks and hairlines, nothing feelable. Has been examined under bright light. Labels have some faint spindle marks visible angled light. Record has been play tested. There is one click on the first song on side two. Overall the record sounds great with that classic Blue Note sound. Overall not perfect or NM but a nice collectable copy of this very rare Blue Note classic. Grading Grading is NM, VG+, VG. The myriad of grading systems on Ebay is a good indicator of the subjective nature of grading. In my opinion NM is close to perfect with one or two very minor flaws, VG+ is above average and collectable and VG is average used condition but probably the best choice for playing. I'm a collector and try to describe LPs as accurately as possible, the way I would want them described to me. The pictures should at least give a good indication of the condition of the covers. Please see my seller feedback for comments on my grading.
