The 10-track tape was issued by WEA RECORDS in 1984 as a trade-only promotional item, prior to the official 1985 release. [Although the album was released by "The Associates", this tape, which is labelled "Billy MacKenzie", suggests that the Record Label considered it to be a solo project.] The tape is presented in a standard cassette case with a WEA/COPYMASTERS RECORDING STUDIOS inlay and is in excellent condition. This is a rarely available, genuine record company-produced, sales/marketing tape... and a little piece of pop history.
