Description
You are bidding on rare cassette album: "Beginnings: John Denver With the Mitchell Trio" (Mercury #MCR 4-1-704). According to Mercury (the producer), the album was produced in mono form, but was "electronically altered to simulate stereo." To the best of my knowledge, it has never been released in CD format. From 1974, the album includes: That's The Way It's Gonna Be For Bobbi Another Side Of This Life Bells Of Rhymney Never Coming Home Get Together Mr. Tambourine Man Like to Deal With The Ladies Rabbit She Loves You Long Tall Texan Violets Of Dawn Two tiny spots on upper edge of outer cassette case, but in otherwise excellent condition. I will contact the winning bidder as soon as possible after the auction ends. If you have a filter, firewall, anti-spam program, etc. in place, I rely on you to ensure that my post-auction e-mails are not filtered out or otherwise deleted. Payment to be received no later than 5 days following conclusion of auction. Insured Priority or First Class shipping available for U.S. [In this case, Media Mail shipping costs more than First Class.] First Class International for international shipping. ITEMS MUST BE INSURED when shipped to U.S. destinations or destinations for which U.S. postage is applicable, i.e., Puerto Rico, Guam, etc., or APO/FPO addresses. CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS ADD 7.25% TAX. No tax-exempt sales to California dealers unless willing to submit completed, signed and dated Resale Certificate (as required by Regulation 1668 of the California Sales & Use Tax Law) prior to shipment. ABOUT SHIPPING: I charge what the USPS charges me--NO handling fee. All shipping is calculated using the tables at www.usps.com. The postage increases effective May 12, 2008 not only affect the cost of a first class letter stamp but increase every element of parcel shipping. My U.S. shipping costs will include required insurance. You can't compare them equitably with others' shipping costs that do not include insurance, which is a minimum of $1.70. International Customers: On May 14, 2007, the USPS eliminated the relatively inexpensive Surface Mail option for everyonebut large companies and doubled or tripled International Priority shipping rates. First Class (Airmail) was increased as well, but not as dramatically. The USPS increased rates again on May 12, 2008 and plans to increase them every year in May.
