With their two 7”s on Headache Records, appearances on various compilations including the infamous US of Oi! Vol. 2 and Backstreets of American Oi! and East Coast of Oi!, and their split full length CD “Beer Guts and Drunk Sluts” with Pittsburgh’s Weekend Warriors released mid-2003 on Street Anthem, the Broken Heroes are lookin’ to take the scene by storm. With new lead vocalist Mike, The Broken Heroes bring you their most solid material yet; mixing classic NJ Oi!, east coast street punk attitude, west coast melodies, and hardcore breakdowns that only an east coast band can perfect. Add a killer studio recording and you’ve got the best album in 2005! 14 tracks including some re-done versions of some of their classic early songs, also hidden bonus tracks included! Also lead guitarist TJ also plays in Blanks 77 and they've all had members of all the other New Jersey bands at some point or another. 2. 3x Mark Linskey and the Street Corner Matadors "End of the Road" CD on Street Anthem Records; Mark Linskey, lead vocalist/guitarist/founder of the Hudson Falcons puts out his debut solo project album. Very Americana, roots rock n' roll meets folk with a little punk influence. You can hear influences such as Bruce Springsteen, Merle Haggard, and Hudson Falcons to name a few rolled into one. If you dig solo projects and American roots music, you'll love this album. These tracks were written between 1993 and 2005 by Mark Linskey, so it's got a good variety of stuff on here. 10 tracks. 3. 4x V/A “Southland Skinheads Armed with the Truth” CD on American Defense Recs, 18 trax by the best American Oi! bands from the Southern states. Features BDTR, Vaticans, Stouts, Sluggers, Vaticans, ATF, Smash Points, Pillage, etc. 4. 4x Hudson Falcons "Desperation and Revolution" CD on Street Anthem Records, Classic first full length by New Jersey's punk n' roll heroes the Hudson Falcons. Originally released on GMM Records, and has been out of print for years, here we repressed it with original artwork and lyrics; also includes live video tracks to play on your PC from their European tour in 2006. All tracks are remastered for an even better sound! One of the most important albums from the '90's American streetpunk/streetrock/punk n' roll scene. If you are like many others and missed this great album the first time around, here's your chance to finally get it, along with some great bonus live footage to boot. Punk n' roll for the working class, simply put. A must have for any punk or skin's music collection. 5. 1x Reno Divorce "Naysayers and Yesmen/Laugh Now Cry Later" CD on Street Anthem Recs, Reno Divorce are a punk rock n' roll band from Denver, CO with gritty riffs, bittersweet melodies, pounding drums, chugging and melodic bass, and a reckless swagger that harkens back to when rock n' roll was dangerous. Comparable to Social Distortion, Welt, Automatic 7, and any top notch punk n' roll. A high-energy live band to the core, Reno Divorce truly have to be experienced in person (preferably in a small, packed, sweaty club) to be appreciated properly. This contains their debut full length "Naysayers and Yesmen" from 2001 and their "Laugh Now Cry Later" EP from 2004 released in Europe only on the now defunct Boss Tuneage Recs. It also contains two bonus tracks, a Johnny Cash cover and also a brand new track that will be on the upcoming Reno Divorce split CD with Sweet Poison to be released on Street Anthem Records in the near future. All of this jam-packed onto one CD, 19 tracks! 6. 4x Last Bullet “Outcast Melodies” CD on Bulletproof Recs, Mexican import, lyrics in English, killer Oi-core, fans of skinhead hardcore with a big dose of Oi! will love this, think Discipiine, Tech 9, Alleged Bricks, Agnostic Front, etc. 7. 2x Blitzkrieg/Paradox UK "The Gathering Storm" Split CD on Street Anthem Recs; UK82 legends Blitzkrieg are back with 9 tracks along with fellow British punk vets Paradox UK with 8 tracks on a new split full length! This CD has 2 multimedia videos for your PC, one for each band along with an interview with frontman Spike. These are the LAST recordings done by both bands. 8. 4x Main Street Saints/Antagonizers Split CD on Street Anthem Recs; The LAST 7 tracks by Kansas City's Main Street Saints recorded that were never released! One of the best American Oi! bands, mixing Oi! with rock n' roll and blues in their own unique fashion that has yet to be duplicated.
