I estimate that there are somewhere between 65% to 70% that are sleeved with the rest un-sleeved. Records are in mixed condition. They range everywhere between good to near mint but I would estimate that most range between VG- to VG+.   I bought about 20,000 from a collector/dealer in Cincinnati. Upon buying them I went quickly through the 45s and discarded any that were cracked, warped, heavily scratched, or messed up. There may be a few that I missed since I went through these quickly but there shouldn’t be a lot. I put these in my girlfriend’s storage unit. The other 10,000 I bought through about four purchases stemming from the acquisition of one collector and through three auctions. These also went into that storage unit.  I intended to start putting them at an antique mall to replenish my booths that I sold records at. Unfortunately the mall had to close within a few months and I did not relocate to any other place. They have been sitting there for some time and I need to get them out so that she can use her space.   The lot is comprised of soul, R&B, gospel, pop, rock, country, jazz, and some misc. (children, narrative, etc.). They range from the 50s, 60s, 70s, and 80s. I would estimate that over 40% of the records are soul and R&B. The other 60% is made up of the other genres. There are EPs and there are promos. Some records have writing or stickers on them. Duplication will probably and should be expected. There are boxes with picture sleeve 45s. There are some in boxes where there are only picture sleeves while in other boxes there are white sleeved 45s that have PS written on the corner of the sleeve. I am assuming that many of these will match up with the empty picture sleeves. Some boxes may have more of some types than other boxes – there is no order to this.   The photos show what is in the storage unit. The one photo shows boxes I pulled from the center of the unit. These were place placed back in the center of the unit after taking the photo. I randomly pulled some records from two boxes to give you somewhat of an idea of what is represented in this lot.               Pick up Information:   This auction is for pick up only.  There are over 140 boxes that range between having 200 to 500 in each box. These records are in an inside storage facility in the southern portion of Dayton, Ohio. I believe these should easily fit in a van or small u-haul type truck. The winning bidder will need to pick up the records within two weeks of the auction ending.     Payment Information:   Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Paypal, and International Money Orders accepted.
