All are 7 inch reels and each is in it's own plastic protective container. Someone spent a lot of time recording and cataloging this collection. I have not listened to all 29 of them but the ones I have listened to sound good on my panasonic RS-760S recorder. If you have or are planing on getting a reel to reel tape deck or player this would be the perfect collection, it is well rounded with different artists and will keep your foot tapping as you sit back ,relax and listen. This will have to be shipped media mail ( less expensive but slower) because it is very heavy. To know what is on what tape you only need to open the notebook and look it up. A very nice job was done making this collection ( sorry ,I can't take credit for it,  it wasn't done by me).
