In our opinion, there is NO "stone mint" lp that has been handled and played, but is a term so often used by many Ebay sellers on lp's that are not sealed. NOT US. NM=Appears relatively close to new. May have a pressing blemish/imperfections only,that does not effect play. VG++=Vinyl very clean. Possibly a scuff(s) or hairline(s) that does not effect play. May have slight surface noise in quietest passages. VG+=Some surface scuffs or hairlines, most or all non-feelable. May play with some intermittant surface noise. VG=May have many scuffs or larger surface marks and wear. May play with an intermittant tick or may have a stick. More than likely to have surface noise. VG-=Will have large scuffs and/or surface marks. May be feelable. May still play pretty well, but with often or continual surface noise. The grading on our lp covers have the same grading codes, but obviously not the same defintitions. Our lp covers are graded accordingly, and we try to the best of our ability to represent the covers in an efficient manner. We will post tears,noticable splits,repairs and the like, unless they are visible in the photo. We grade, but do not post for tiny dings or creases, or corners like some perfectionist collectors. Our main goal is to provide clean, collectible vinyl at a great price.
