Maybe they'll get round to putting a few details on, but in the meantime......having put an order in for 'Keith Jarrett Live in Tokyo 1985' without much more of a clue of what it might contain, what I received was a wonderful recording of the Keith Jarrett/Gary Peacock/Jack DeJohnette Trio called 'Standards'. Its almost two hours long and is purely the live performance - recorded at Koseinekin Hall, Tokyo for what its worth - though a peculiarity is how little sense you get of where they are or of the concert as an experience in itself. It has to be said, too, that seeing Keith Jarrett writhe and grimace loses its fascination after a few playings! Nonetheless the music is quite magical. There are some wonderful, fluid improvisations - such as Keith Jarrett's own Prism - and beautiful renditions of classics - such as Its Easy to Remember and Stella by Starlight.
